Great accessory for a small home office. Certainly contributes to a more comfortable working space It's a little large for a small desk but not too much for a small end table or file cabinet. The purifier works great in a small office space or room but I would not use in a room greater than 12x12 if you keep your door open. The effectiveness of the fan is greatly diminished to only the space around your desk with an open door and doesn't really work beyond the room space. The air from the fan blows a consistent cool or comfortable 60ish degrees on the low setting but not much beyond that on a higher setting. It's pretty quiet on low settings up to about 3 but even after 4 its not that intrusive...on settings 6-7 its noticeable sounds like a small box fan. I think you can keep it on the settings less than 5 for noise and comfort and it's just fine. The design is extremely light and without an official handle to move the fan around, the air blade easily helps remedy that without being worried about damaging the fan. Removing the filter cover is a little annoying because the cover too wide for a regular hand and is slick without a real place to grip the cover to unlock it. You have to depend on downward pressure and turning directly on top to unlock the cover. It's easier if you lay your hand flat on top and press down when trying to unlock it. There is almost an urge to try to use both hands however this isn't a comfortable approach at all. Otherwise replacing the filter is straight forward just drop it in and "screw" the cover back on. They should design the cover so that it maintains the smooth appearance but also allows for gripping the cover. It's nice that it comes with a spare filter to start you off though. The remote works pretty well up to about 5 ft from all directions so you don't have to point the remote directly in front. It doesn't work seamlessly when pointing directly from above though. Had to mess with the settings to get back to normal settings when using the remote directly above the fan. The timer works as described. Great office addition for a remote office upgrade.I hate fan noise, but sometimes I get a bit hot at night, and this has been a godsend. It’s easy to turn on and off, or up and down, with the remote. I can even turn oscillation on or off with the remote. On modes 3 and below, I don’t even hear it. But if it’s warm enough that it’s worth the noise, it puts out great air on high. I keep it about 4 feet from the side of my bed, which is a great distance. It doesn’t throw air across a room like a regular fan, but doesn’t sound like a regular fan either. I’m not sure how well the air purifier does, but it certainly doesn’t hurt anything. My hope is that it at least keeps dust down in the air it blows as fans exacerbate my seasonal allergies. Been using about 5 weeks and happy with it so far! Love that it came with an extra air filter.Far too big to be so weak. Not very strong, don't notice much of a difference as far as air quality. It's not super quiet, but not super loud. The remote is fine. The volume button on my fire stick and soundbar can turn the rotating off or on, and the fan off and on? Not at all worth the price.Really like this fan and air purifier! It blows air pretty strongly and also has a quiet mode. The fan fits nicely in my living room and keeps the room cool.Living in California with only one mile away from ocean, our house doesn’t have air conditioning installed. It has been fine for years until this week, when the heat wave approached and the temperature reached to 80 even at night time. I’m so glad I just bought this fan a month ago and I could turn it on at night! The fan is super quiet when I use level 3 and the breeze is just perfect during night. We could all sleep well without AC for the nights when it’s 80 degree! Life saver!
