Skipping to the end, my stove is fixed, and it is quieter than it was when it was purchased new. Very happy with the fit and result of this purchase!!!Let me start by saying, my stove is from 2008. It always made some noise when the convection fan was on. But it always worked.Last month, it started getting really loud, but then got quieter after the oven warmed up. After determining the motor was going out, it took hours to identify the proper part number fan motor that crossed with my older stove. Semi confidently, I made the order, which showed up within a couple days. Fan blade was reused.Install took me less than 30 minutes. Unplug the range. I had to take off the inside grill, the reverse thread nut for the fan, and then the fan. You then take off the fan and washers. Move to the back, take off the rear panel, unplug the fan motor, remove 4 screws, and pull the fan motor out. A couple more screws to move the fan motor bracket to the new fan, and you're ready to reverse the process. My fan blade had a very slight wobble to it, so I carefully tweaked it here and there until it turned without a wobble.I think this is easily a homeowner DIY for anyone with decent basic skills.
