Seemed fairly easy to install, however, box came with the wrong instructions, thank god my friend knows what he’s doing and was able to figure it out. Packaged well, looks great! Only complaints are that to toggle through the light settings the lights turn off in between(that’s a little annoying), on the highest fan setting it makes a bit of noise(like a gear winding noise), and the upper part doesn’t have a cap to cover a bit of white that shows. But it looks awesome and it does provide a lot of air to the area!It’s a bear to install without any support with issues. Beware unless you really know what you’re doing as diy because it’s not straight forward. I’m p look eased with it by appearance and it works full on, but I cannot get the remote to control either the fan or light without troubleshooting myself. Customer Support is no help.I generally Love it but could improve the way they hang the crystals - metal wire randomly tied as fast as they could with no care for details....that s on the inside but still some crystals were cracked cause of that...also send more than just a couple extra crystals since they are pretty flimsy and not hanged carefully if you have more then just a couple faulty ones not sure how you get away with that...I would also like it better if the glass that goes underneath would be just stained without any design... It s a good look and works great....but more attention into those details I mentioned would turn it into a hi end product....This fan is gorgeous. I used it in my bedroom and it gave it an awesome look. Very elegant.The lighting is very bright and should only be used in a very high ceiling. It's beautiful but we are returning it because of it's high brightness and no dimming ability.We had an interesting time installing this fixture. The instructions were not clear but thankfully, we've installed several fixtures before, so it wasn't too hard to figure out for someone who knows how it's supposed to go. We finally get the fixture up and turn it on. There is a delay in the fixture actually turning on. Not a long delay but it's still annoying enough to bug me. The remote for changing the color of lighting is really confusing. I just have to keep pushing buttons until I get it to the color I want. The fan blades flip out great but there is a rattling with the glass disc that covers the lights. Its winter now so I don't know how annoying it will be in the summer. We will see. The manufacturer should probably get a remote that better tailors to the lighting colors as well as provide a felt buffering piece or something to that effect to prevent the rattling.Really like this fan/light. Quiet and bright. Easy remote control with multiple functions. Easy to install.
